We offer a 30 day return period on unworn garments. The returned underwear Ameissy must be returned in their original packaging and the packaging must not be opened. If this is not followed, we may not provide a refund.

Gift cards, donations and certain other products like Intimate Cleanser are not accepted for return and refund.

A refund is provided upon receipt of your returned underwear. Processing time is up to 10 business days after the receipt of your returned underwear.

Care Guide

STEP 1: When you receive your panties Ameissy, wash them for the first time before wearing them, as with any standard underwear in contact with your skin! The first wash also allows increasing the capacity absorption.

STEP 2: Once you have worn them, rinse with cold water in a sink or in a basin until the water runs clear. No need to let it soak, however, a simple quick rinse is all it takes.

STEP 3: After rinsing your underwear with clean water, you can then wash it in the washing machine with your other clothes without worrying about the risk of stains! We advise you to put your underwear in a washing net to prevent the lace from being damaged by snags with the zippers of other clothes.

STEP 4: Choose a low temperature wash of at 30° or 40°. If you wish, you can wash your menstrual underwear by hand. Preferably, use a hypoallergenic detergent without fabric softener and avoid detergents with glycerine.

STEP 5: In order not to damage the fabric, we recommend that you do not put your underwear in the dryer. This will extend the life of the delicate and natural materials that make up the absorbent area. If you have the possibility, opt for air-drying. For the reasons mentioned above, avoid ironing your panties.

Long lasting efficiency and quality

I have different models from Ameissy and I am only using Ameissy panties due to their high percentage in cotton, anatomical cut, good results even when I had intense training, going through mud, sea water. They didn't smell. Confortable during hot summer. I recommend.

Good

They do prevent leaking and comfortable but not true to size... I think one size less than the real size... It is very tight on my waist, I wish I could get a bigger size but sending them back is just lots of hassle to me

Hat leider nicht dicht gehalten

Ich liebe dieses Höschen. Es hat ein angenehmes Tragegefühl und sieht sehr elegant aus. Der Saugkern trägt beim Tragen nicht auf, das gefällt mir sehr. Vor dem ersten Tragen habe ich das Höschen 2x gewaschen. Das Trocknen dauert durch die Einlage etwas länger.

Leider hat es bei mir die Nacht über nicht dicht gehalten. An den Nächten zwischen den Beinen lief alles aus und ich musste nachts aufstehen um das Höschen zu wechseln und mein Bett frisch zu machen.

Bei einer sehr starken Blutung kann ich das Produkt daher nicht empfehlen. Ist die Periode nicht so stark könnte es funktionieren.

24 Stunden - muss nachgebessert werden

Tolles Material und formstabil. Leider passt sie sich dem Körper durch die Einlage kaum an und verliert dadurch auch ca. 2cm vorne und hinten an Höhe und der Gummibund klappt um. Bei sehr starker Blutung hält sie etwa 5,5 Stunden, bei leichter bis mittlerer kann ich mir 12 Stunden durchaus vorstellen. Wird der Gummibund verstärkt und die Bundhöhe angepasst, dann ist sie zu empfehlen, aktuell leider nicht.
